The hotel offered crispy white linen in the rooms. Double beds were very spacious and excellent. The breakfast smorgasbord had a wide variety of food. The front office manager greeted me every morning. He seemed very concerned about service.

The swimming pool was closed for refurbishment.

i had a wonderful stay! the staff were helpful and friendly! sharif, the concierge, and his reception team were especially great! the rooms were superb, cleaned regularly, and provided everything needed. i found lovely little shops with great staff like hani and mohammed, who offered wonderful oils.

the wifi was barely average for its price.

the hotel is close to the grand egyptian museum. it provides an excellent base for exploring the area. the pyramids are very close to the hotel too! the hotel is perfect to visit cairo and giza.

service was amazing and the team was very helpful. mohamed nabil in reception was helpful and provided excellent service. he. the staff displayed amazing professionalism and were very cooperative.

the pool area is a standout, centered in the resort! the common areas and rooms are clean, and the gardens are well maintained. i liked the renewal and decoration. hygiene was good!
